MBjorkelund Business Services was founded Martin Berkland an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators in 2010. MBjorkelund Business Services specialises in the field of corporate secretarial services in South Africa. Our core businesses are incorporation of companies, business registration, full corporate secretarial and administrative services.
Our commitment is to provide our clients with the best possible service. As a small, specialist company, we combine an extremely high level of technical expertise with a friendly personal service. Martin Berkland has extensive Company Secretarial experience having worked for fifteen years as a Company Secretary for some of the largest mining and diversified industrial corporations listed on the JSE.
